Aki Kuroda, born in 1944, is a Japanese painter based in Paris, France. He is well-known for his silhouettes and figures created with line strokes, which symbolize a passage into the labyrinth. Since 1992, he has been producing a fluid, interactive art spectacle and installation called Cosmo Garden.
