Packaging process

Art prints can be packed by carefully securing them between two cardboards, placing them in a clear rigid PVC holder, or rolling them up and putting them in a cardboard tube before shipping.

 

Shipping policy

  • We aim to dispatch your orders within 1-3 working days.
  • For shipping within the US, the rate is $16 for as many loose prints as you combine, and shipping is free when you spend $200 or more (excluding Books).
  • For international shipping, the rate is $65 for as many loose prints as you combine and shipping is free when you spend $400 or more (excluding Books).
  • Shipping rates for framed artwork within the USA vary based on size, weight, and price.

Custom & Import Taxes Policy

Buyers are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and any related delays in their countries.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Please handle the art prints with care as they are fragile. All inquiries must be made within 3 days of the delivery date. To return products for exchange or store credit, you must obtain written approval from the seller. Returns for a refund also require prior seller approval and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Defective products or those damaged during shipping are eligible for replacement.

All returned items must have written approval from the seller and should be returned in good condition, conforming to the condition in which the items were originally sold. This means no damage such as fingerprints, stains, creases, bumps, bends, or other issues. If a buyer makes a return without prior written approval from the seller, it will not be considered a valid return and cannot be reimbursed.

Upon receiving the returned package and carefully inspecting the packaging and its contents, if there is obvious customer negligence in handling the artwork or packaging, Artebonito.com will not accept the return and no reimbursement will be provided.
