Artebonito.com is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your artwork. We guarantee that your art will arrive exactly as described. Our team takes great care in packaging and delivering your pieces on time. If you experience any loss or damage, our dedicated Customer Service team is ready to assist you.

 

Packaging Process:

We take extraordinary measures to protect your art prints during shipping. Each print is securely positioned between two pieces of cardboard, or enclosed in a clear, rigid PVC case, or rolled up and placed in a sturdy cardboard tube.

 

Our Shipping Promise:

Your orders will be carefully dispatched within 1-5 working days for prompt delivery. We offer special shipping rates within the U.S., allowing you to combine as many loose prints as you like for a flat fee of $20.

For international shipping, the rate is $45, which also allows you to combine multiple loose prints.

Please note that shipping rates for framed artwork within the U.S. may vary based on size, weight, and price.

Customs & Import Taxes Policy:

International orders require attention from buyers; they are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and any related delays in their own countries.

 

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Must make all inquiries regarding returns for refund, exchanges, or store credit within 3 days of the delivery date, and you must obtain written approval from the seller.
  • To return products for a refund, the buyer must accept the 30% restocking fee.
  • Defective products or those damaged during shipping are eligible for a replacement.
  • Framed artworks cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
  • All returned items, such as lithographs or other prints, must be returned in their original packaging, in good condition. Ensuring that items show no damage, fingerprints, stains, creases, bumps, bends, or any other type of damage.
  • All return shipping costs, regardless of the reason, are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • If a return is made without prior written approval from the seller, it will not be considered valid, and no reimbursement will be issued.
  • Upon receiving the returned package, if there is evidence of customer negligence in handling the artwork or packaging, Artebonito.com reserves the right to refuse the return and will not provide a reimbursement.
